Order Processing

All office supplies orders will be processed on the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). We always do our best to organise Next Day Delivery, but this is subject to items being in stock at the time of purchase. Items with low stock levels (under 3 units) may sell out before processing is complete — please bear this in mind when placing urgent orders.

Delivery Times

Deliveries take place between 8:00am and 18:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after the cutoff, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

All deliveries must be signed for. Any visible damage or shortages must be reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note.

If you wish your parcel to be left with a neighbour, please inform our support team in advance and leave a note on your door with clear instructions.

If no-one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt redelivery where possible.

Next Day Delivery Availability

Next Day Delivery applies to UK mainland postcodes.

For the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, and the Isle of Man, delivery may take up to 72 hours. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday (before 17:00) → Delivery Tuesday
  • Tuesday (before 17:00) → Delivery Wednesday
  • Wednesday (before 17:00) → Delivery Thursday
  • Thursday (before 17:00) → Delivery Friday
  • Friday (before 17:00) → Delivery Monday
  • Saturday or Sunday → Delivery Tuesday

Delivery Charges

  • £0.00 – £49.99 (ex VAT): £6.75 ex VAT – Next Working Day Delivery
  • £50.00+ (ex VAT): FREE Next Working Day Delivery (excludes furniture)

Orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Highlands, Shetland, Orkney, Northern Ireland, ROI, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Alderney may incur additional charges and longer lead times. These will be confirmed at checkout.

Furniture Delivery Charges

Express Free Delivery: Orders placed before 16:00 aim to be delivered within 4 working days using our Express Room-of-Choice service. Chair-only orders may be faster.

Premium Next Working Day Delivery: 2-person kerbside, for orders before 14:00 (subject to stock). Pricing shown at checkout. Limited to 2 floors without a lift.

Delivery excludes Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland unless otherwise stated.

We also offer full furniture installation for an additional cost, including assembly, placement, and packaging removal.

Certain postcode areas (TR1–20, DG, KA1–26, PA1–19, PH1–31, AB1–39, FK, G84) may take up to 12 working days due to courier routing.

Failed Furniture Deliveries

Furniture deliveries are pre-arranged. If the delivery fails because no-one is available, re-attempts are at the courier's discretion. Items may be returned to us after a failed attempt, and additional charges may apply.

Picking Errors & Additional Items

Shortages, incorrect items, or additional items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

We will rectify all errors immediately at no cost. Incorrect or additional items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, please call 01371 895888 or email sales@breezeoffice.co.uk. We will arrange collection and replacement at no charge.

We aim to replace damaged-in-transit or incorrect goods the next working day if reported before 12pm. In some areas replacements may take up to 48 hours.

Security & Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep our systems secure, but no internet-based communication or transaction is completely secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised access or breaches outside our control.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, devices, and networks.
